Children’s data – if there is a need for us to process data on children related to our services, we will collect a consent from the parents of the child/children. This website is not targeted towards children, and we do not knowingly collect any information about children from this site.
Our employees comply with our code of conduct and corporate policies. Our employees are given re-occurring training on how to manage integrity and confidentiality in relation to personal data and customer information.
Collection, processing and saving of personal data
Personal data means data relating to you that can identify you.
We may further collect personal data to execute and administer services for you on behalf of your employer. Your employer can provide us with the information either through email, an order form or through our digital service platform.
We may also collect personal data from our business partners in the form of contact details necessary to perform our services within the framework of our commercial relationships with them.
We keep a register for personal data processing both as a Collector and as a Processor
The personal data that may be processed can be but not limited to:
Personal Contact details: name, address, email address and telephone number, demographic information and – when clearly justified considering the purpose of the processing or the importance of secure identification – personal identity (ID) number.
Sensitive personal data, such as but not limited to, information about children, documents in originals e.g., passport or ID-document.
Technical data about your unit or Internet connection (IP address, cookies, electronic images and similar track and trace technologies on websites and in email communication and your geographic location and login details). See “Use of Cookies” below for further information about how we use cookies.
User-generated information (content that you voluntarily register or publish)
Purpose to process Personal Data
We process your personal data according to the purpose you have or wish to have in your relationship with us. This differs depending on whether you are a customer, supplier, job seeker, partner or represent a state/authority/institution. We always process your personal data with high security and confidentiality based on relevant risk and sensitivity about the nature of the data.
The following are examples of the purposes for which we process your personal data and the legal basis for the processing:
1. Service delivery
One of our primary purposes for processing personal data is to perform and administer our relocation services, more precisely to administer and fulfill our contractual obligations towards our customers which involves providing services in relation to relocation and global mobility services. In the case of contact information concerning key persons within our customers’ respective organizations the data will also be used for reporting and invoicing purposes.
In some situations, to fulfill our services, we might request you to submit documents in originals. Documentation, such as but not limited to, passport or identification document. We will in these situations request consent from you in which the purpose of the collection will be stated.
2. Marketing purposes
We may use data about you to provide news information and marketing related to our services, both general and customer-specific, and inform you about our activities or services. We may thus use the data about you for direct marketing unless you/your organization have instructed us not to do this. To the extent that you do not have an active customer relationship with us and are a consumer we will only use your data for electronic direct marketing if you have consented to this.
You have an opportunity at any time to object to us using your personal data for marketing purposes by contacting us in the manner described below.
Our legitimate interest in the above-mentioned processing of personal data is to be able to offer you/your organization better services (by developing, analysing our activities, and communicating with our contacts) and to provide you with offers and other relevant information.

Consent
Our processing of your Personal Data is based on your consent when you provide us with your Personal Data by registering an account with us or signing up to our newsletters on our websites.
You will be presented with the option to agree or disagree to the collection and use of your personal information. You can at any time withdraw your consent to such processing either by clicking the unsubscribe link in our newsletter or by contacting us.
Fulfillment of Contract
Our processing of Personal Data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the individual is a party or service receiver, or for taking pre-contractual steps at the request of the Client (Data Controller) or individual.
Legitimate interests
The legal basis for processing Personal Data such as technical data when you browse our website is that the processing is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests of Movenet Group AB. The legitimate interest may also constitute the legal basis for processing in situations where you provide us with your contact information by contacting us or otherwise has expressed an interest in our products or services.
Storage
Personal data is not kept longer than what is necessary for the purpose for which it has been collected or it is required according to law or contract. We will destroy or de-identify personal data submitted by you when we no longer need it to fulfil the purpose of collection and further processing. The exact timeframe or the criteria for determining such a period will depend on what type of service we are providing you with.

Right of information: You may contact us to request information of what data we have stored related to you.
Right of access: You have the right to request a copy of your personal data that we are processing.
Right to rectification: You may request that we update or correct your personal data.
Right to erasure: You have the right to request deletion of any data that you have shared with us. You also may withdraw your consent, if given, for us to continue processing your personal data.
Right to restrict Processing: You have the right to ask us to restrict how we process your data.
Right to data portability: You may request to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format and/or, if technically possible, transmit your personal data to you for transfer to another data processor.
Right to object: You are entitled to object to such processing of your personal data that we do pursuant to a balance of interests. This could include objection to automated decision-making. We must then, after you have specified the process to which you are objecting, demonstrate that there are overriding interests. You are also entitled to object at any time to the processing of your personal data conducted for direct marketing.
Complaints
Please notify us as soon as possible if you consider that the processing of your personal data has been dealt with incorrectly. You also have the option to make a complaint to the Swedish Data Protection Authority about our personal data processing.
Sharing data with affiliates and third parties
Movenet Group AB will not sell, trade, or lease to third parties your Personal Data.
We may engage other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf. They may need access to your Personal Data to perform such services. They will not be allowed to use your Personal Data for any other purpose.
We may transfer your personal data to trusted service partners and subcontractors should this be regarded as necessary to execute the services ordered by you or your employer or to fulfil your request for information or attending a webinar/training.
Categories of receivers which your data may be transferred to are mainly:
Authorities or local police, Financial/Tax advisors, Insurance companies, Housing brokers, Landlords, Pre-schools and Schools, Utility companies (such as internet providers, electricity providers, cleaning companies), Moving companies, Language and Intercultural training companies, Spouse support companies, IT-service providers, Service partners and their subcontractors including our affiliates, your employer, and local affiliates of your employer.
We will not disclose personal data to external parties unless:
(i) This has specially been agreed between our customer/you and us and the disclosure is in your interest.
(ii) It is necessary to exercise your rights.
(iii) It is necessary for us to be able to perform a statutory obligation, comply with decisions from public authorities or courts.
(iv) We have engaged a service provider/subcontractor in accordance with the above to perform services on our behalf either as our data processor or as an independent controller. In the case the engaged party is acting as data processor on our behalf it will be bound to only use personal data on our behalf and to protect and process it confidentially in a corresponding way to Movenet Group AB.
Your personal data may in connection with the performance of our services be transferred outside the EU/EEA. We will ensure that transfers of personal data outside of the EU/EEA is only done to the extent permitted by law.
Security
Movenet Group AB maintains security measures (including physical, electronic, and administrative measures) that are reasonable and appropriate to protect personal data from loss, destruction, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. For example, we limit access to personal data to authorized employees and service providers who need to know the information in the course of their work tasks.
Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide appropriate security measures for personal data, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches. If a security breach occurs, we will to the extent required by applicable law inform the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, you and, if applicable, your employer.
